When putting forward improvement proposals, some colleagues complained, "The proposal is too difficult to dig, it should be changed early, where there are so many things waiting for us to improve." The total length of the pipe belt machine in the industrial solid waste resource treatment plant is 2000 meters, and the driving wheel of the pipe belt machine will slip in rainy days. In order to solve the problem, Ren Xiaolong thought of using air pressure to blow the non-working surface water of the belt clean to prevent slipping. Therefore, Ren Xiaolong increased the equipment operation rate by adding a cleaner to the unloading slip on the non-working face of the pipe belt, while unloading the material on the slip pipe, reducing the labor intensity of workers, reducing the wear of the driving wheel after the sticky material is cleaned, and improving the service life of the equipment.
